We've been fortunate to have such wonderful tenants at Boiceville over the years. With the two campuses an easy commute from our cottage apartments, many Cornell and Ithaca College professors, students and staff call Boiceville home. Also, the TCAT bus route stops right across from Boiceville's Meeting House to take you to Cornell, Ithaca College, downtown Ithaca, and throughout Tompkins County. All TCAT buses have bicycle racks so that passengers can mount their bicycle on the front of the bus at no additional fare.
