Wheelchair accessible apartments 

From the bright and dramatic exterior colors as well as unique design choices, such as cooper window tops, striped exteriors, curved roofs, and gingerbread roof detailing, the apartments at Boiceville Cottages are focused on the details. This extends to the wheelchair accessibility of our apartments, too.

All of our cottages feature flat-leveled entrances that are wheelchair accessible. Our on-site construction team is available to build other modifications to your apartment as well. We can remove sections of a kitchen counter to allow for easy wheelchair access while cooking. Each apartment also has its own garden box, and we can raise the garden bed higher so that a person in a wheelchair can garden with ease.

Best options are: Spacious 2 Bedroom + Loft, Classic 2 Bedroom + Loft, and 1 Bedroom + Loft cottages*. On the bottom floor of each cottage, one can easily wheel right into the house, including the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and downstairs bedroom. Please note that these units do not have roll-in shower components. Each has a low tub. 

*Our Gatehouse 2 Bedroom + Office apartments would not be the best fit as the bottom floor has a half bath (not a full bath).
