Boiceville Cottages

Coming Summer 2024.

Constructions is well underway and the cottages will be ready for move in this summer. Only 10 minutes from Cornell’s campus, and 20 minutes from downtown Ithaca, Freeville is a convenient location. Freeville Cottages can offer quiet comfort while also providing an inviting community atmosphere.

Freeville Cottages are inspired by Freeville’s railroad history. For over one hundred years, Freeville served as a regional railroad hub for both passengers and freight due to the crossing of two major lines in the town. As a nod to this history, the exteriors of the Freeville Cottages will resemble railroad stations.
