GETTING YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK
Complete this form noting your cottage number and forwarding address so that we can return your security deposit. Our accountant is in on Tuesday mornings.
Remember that you have agreed to the following: "Tenant agrees that upon termination of lease, Tenant will vacate the premises and leave the premises, including stove, shower, appliances, floors, and other items in as clean a condition as they were when Tenant took possession."
CLOSING YOUR GAS & ELECTRIC ACCOUNTS
CANCELLING WIFI, CABLE, AND PHONE SERVICE
The new tenant in your cottage won't be able to get Wifi until your account is closed. Please ensure that you contact your internet, cable, and phone provider to terminate your service. This is important for an easy transition for the next tenant.
LEAVING your KEYS
Please leave your door unlocked with the front door and mail box keys on counter.
