We're pleased to announce our second location on the beautiful hillside of Seneca Lake — La Bourgade On Seneca!

Each cottage features two bedrooms, one or two baths, granite counters, all stainless appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer, and shower and tub. The cottages' large bay windows offer beautiful and unique views of Seneca Lake — the sunsets are something to behold!

With 40 houses located on the property, La Bourgade On Seneca is a fraction of the size of Boiceville Cottages and affords residents an intimate living experience. Residents enjoy free 24/7 access to the community center 'Meeting House', a personal brass mailbox, free access to the gym (which includes an elliptical, rowing machine, and stationary bike). 

Nearby destinations include: Finger Lakes Distilling, Stonecat Cafe, and Atwater Winery. Watkins Glen is eight minutes away; Trumansburg is 20 minutes away; Ithaca 30 minutes away; Elmira is 40 minutes away.
