Boiceville Cottages

The Gatehouse 3 Bedroom Apartment features an upstairs balcony from the bedroom as well as two French doors that lead to a patio at the back of the house.

A trio of our tiny houses staged in a pinwheel to afford privacy for neighbors. Each trio of cottages has a 1 Bedroom + Loft Apartment, Classic 2 Bedroom + Loft Apartment, as well as a Spacious 2 Bedroom + Loft Apartment.

Tall ceilings greet you when you enter the 1 Bedroom + Loft Apartment.

The children's playground is adjacent to the Meeting House, the pond, and all of the apartments at Boiceville Cottages.

Each cottage apartment has its own garden box so that tenants can grown flowers or even a kitchen garden.

The downstairs bedroom in the Spacious 2 Bedroom + Loft has a sizeable closet as well as two doors — one leading to the living room (left) and the other leading to the bathroom (right).

Need a lot of space for your clothes? Then the Classic 2 Bedroom + Loft or the Spacious 2 Bedroom + Loft is for you! Both cottages feature a wall-to-wall closet in the upstairs second bedroom.

The Gatehouse Cottage features a kitchen island, which acts as a natural divide between the kitchen and living room.

We hold a number of community events in the Meeting House throughout the year, including the Boiceville Holiday Party.

All of our tenants are welcome to use the gym equipment in the Meeting House gym, including the stationary bike, the API, weights, and jumping ropes. The gym also has a mounted television and free Wifi. Yoga classes are held weekly in the Meeting House.

The Boiceville dog park is adjacent to the cottages and is a great place to play catch with your pup. Also, a great spot to meet your neighbors.

Each cottage (even the Studio Apartments) has its own stacked washer and dryer.

The Spacious 2 Bedroom + Loft and Classic 2 Bedroom + Loft have an open living room with a staircase that leads to the second floor.

The 1 Bedroom + Loft, Classic 2 Bedroom, and Spacious 2 Bedroom all have a loft on the second floor.

A great place to meet your neighbors, relax, throw a dinner party, or workout -- the Meeting House is equipped with free Wifi, a kitchen, bathroom, and a comfortable commonspace.

Trails and bridges wrap around the pond with a great view of the Meeting House and the other cottage apartments, too.

Each group of cottages is painted a unique color. The pink and yellow apartments are just some of our favorites.

The Gatehouse Cottages feature a Gatehouse 3 Bedroom on either end as well as one Studio Apartment in between.

We allow a maximum of three pets per cottage.
