We're renting at Boiceville Cottages, a community of tiny houses just 10 minutes to downtown Ithaca, New York! Each of our cottages has a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, gas stove/oven, and a thermostat-run fireplace.
Additionally, all tenants have access to our community Meeting House, which includes free Wifi, Smart TV, a workout room, and a full kitchen with stove and fridge. Tenants can rent the Meeting House for free—it's a perfect communal place for gatherings and parties.

This cottage is a stand-alone unit, and has a downstairs bedroom, living room, kitchen/dining room, and bathroom (the loft is up the stairs on the second floor that overlooks the living room).
