Only 10 minutes east of downtown Ithaca, New York, Cornell University, and Ithaca College, many of our tenants drive to downtown, cycle, or take the bus (we're directly on the TCAT bus route).
With two dog parks on our property and no monthly pet fee or deposit, Boiceville Cottages is a great place for your pup, too.
